Responsibilities: Act as primary interface with Company’s external accountants. Prepare all SEC related documentation including Forms 10K, 10Q, and 8K. Ensure that the Company’s accounting and financial reporting is in full compliance with all FASB and SEC requirements. Manage revenue cycle and oversee Revenue Manager. Member of Company disclosure committee and visibility to the Audit Committee. Provide audit support for the Company’s Big 4 independent accountants’ annual audits and quarterly reviews. Provide analytical support for reporting to management. Develop company-wide policies and procedures. Perform special projects and analysis as required.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in finance/accounting with 6-10 years public/private industry experience. CPA required . Recent SEC reporting and audit experience required. Excellent communication and computer skills. Prior high tech industry experience preferred.  This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration regulations (EAR).
