Futures Warehouse Clerk

 

Position Summary:

Responsible for pulling, boxing and preparing stock shipments. Manages the futures warehouse.

 

Daily tasks:

Receives parts into the futures warehouse and prepares parts for storage. Places parts into inventory location and maintains accurate records of all inventory transactions. Based on daily shipping requirements pulls stock from inventory and transfers parts to shipping. Maintains accurate records of all shipments. Produces daily shipping reports. Prepares forecasts of future shipments. Maintains work area in a clean and orderly fashion. 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate should be computer literate. Experience in use of ERP Software is a plus. High School graduate or equivalent preferably with warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.

Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.

 

Reporting Relationships: Will report to the Production Control Manager

 

Working Conditions: Standing most of the time. Carry parts that usually weigh less than 20 lbs., but may be up to 40 lbs. Carries boxes up and down ladders.

 

Success Factors: The candidate should have a good attitude and be willing to learn. Good communications skills a plus. Read and write English is required.
