General Manager, National Economic Accounts - 1416

Job Requisition Number: Q10995 Executive leadership for performance of a diverse portfolio of accounts at the Department of Treasury, Department of Labor, Department of Commerce and related agencies. Hold P&L for this approximately $60M per year business of IT support services contracts and ID/IQ vehicles. Provide development and hands-on leadership of a high performance workforce team to achieve a delighted customer while achieving BAE-IT financial commitments. Drives program management discipline and accountability. Ensures required products and services are delivered on time and within cost while meeting divisional performance requirements and in accordance with BAE-IT and CSOG policies, performance excellence goals and contract terms and conditions. Interfaces with executive and corporate-level management. Acts as a single point of contact for the program customers of the National Economic portfolio. Manages and gives direction to a staff responsible for program execution, program performance excellence and business growth within the National Economic portfolio. Functions as part of the senior leadership team for the Civilian Solutions Business Area. Develops and executes program strategic and business plans for programs including establishing and managing internal/external marketing strategies, budgets and schedules necessary to achieve program goals and business performance commitments. Key roles and responsibilities:Manages and gives direction to a staff responsible for program execution, program performance excellence and business growth in National Economic services. Functions as part of the senior leadership team for Civilian Solutions. Focused on program profitability, efficiency and orders growth.Develops business strategies for the National Economic IT and mission services market. Works with Business Development to translate these strategies to executable account plans and campaigns. Provides leadership, anticipates and resolves problems and inter-group conflict including making staffing decisions. Develops and leads effective inter-BAE-IT and inter BAE-Systems horizontal teamwork. Represents BAE-IT to the customer, industry partners and other stakeholders. Must Have the Following: US Citizen. Ten+ years experience and a Bachelors degree. 10+ years of progressive program management or profit and loss accountability culminating in successful management of a $50M or greater business base. Demonstrated track record of winning or leading moderate scale ($50M-$100M LCV contract class) new business in a competitive federal contracting environment. Demonstrated program management performance across multiple contract types and bid environments. Demonstrated organizational change management successes. Well experienced in program reporting metrics, EVMS and risk and opportunity management.Prefer to Have the Following: Ten plus years experience and a Master's degree.
