Special Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9, heavily concentrated in Benefits Administration with ability to create complex Queries. Advanced Excel experience.Principle Accountabilities - Oversees HRIS database and related functionalities - Trains peers and upper management on HRIS programs - Provides updated feedback on HR function regulations and practicesResponsibilities May Include - Establishes procedures required to standardize and record personnel transaction in an accurate and timely manner. - Trains end users on system usage and monitors post-training data quality. - Audits HRIS to ensure system and end-users adhere to standards set forth by DynCorp management, federal, state and local authorities. - Investigates and resolves database related issues, problems and concerns for the company¡¦s users.Knowledge & Skills - Knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and administration. - Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS 8.0. - Strong analytical capabilities for HRIS and PeopleSoft¡¦s Base Benefits & Benefits Administration. - Training experience a plus. - Able to travel occasionally.Required SkillsExperience Guidelines - Typically four (4) years experience working with information systems and human resources.Education - Bachelor¡¦s degree in an associated discipline. Two (2) years experience in related field may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years college.
