THE POSITION

THIS IS A PERMANENT PART TIME POSITION OF 25 HOURS PER WEEK AND OFFERS NO BENEFITS. As the Human Resources Assistant you will provide administrative support to a 100+ employee organization.  Responsibilities will include:

• Developing strong positive relationships with all employees

• The set up and maintenance of all paper and electronic employee personnel files

• Provide administrative support to benefits related functions

• Maintain extensive Excel Spreadsheets for numerous monthly reports

• Maintain all related paperwork for affirmative action, OSHA, workers compensation, etc.
