Help Desk Analyst

Job Category: Installation/Maintenance/Repair Job Requisition Number: Q11129 Candidate will be performing the current job duties of this position. Specifically, but not limited to the following duties:Answering phone calls. Demonstrate good troubleshooting techniques with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Lotus Notes applications. Identify, articulate and completely document the details of highly complex computer related issues. Answer queries from multiple sources: phone, email, web, instant message, walk in, etc. Demonstrate intermediate Access Administration skills, such as changing passwords, unlocking user accounts, troubleshooting share drive access issues and Lotus Notes database accesses. Research and report complex computer issues crossing departments, possibly covering the entire customer base. Provide liaison duties between the engineering departments and the customer. Resolve complex computer system and software related issues independently. Must Have the Following: United States Citizenship Software: Microsoft Office Products (word, Excel, Powerpoint); Lotus Notes; SRS Remedy.
