Job Category: Installation/Maintenance/Repair Job Requisition Number: Q10541 Under close supervision, works with some assistance to perform a variety of semi-routine support activities in the technical support function. As a technical liaison, responsible for providing troubleshooting and repairing technical support to BAE Systems employees and consultants. Assesses, assigns severity, and responds to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing problems bringing them to rapid resolution or escalation. Must Have the Following: U.S. Citizen General PC & server knowledge.
