Human Resources Manager Experianced In Aviation Field

DEFINITION

To direct, manage, supervise and coordinate the staff, programs and activities of the Human Resources Division; to coordinate assigned activities with other Company departments, divisions and outside agencies; and to provide highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Director, Human Resources and upper management.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Four years of increasingly responsible human resource management or benefits administration experience including two years of administrative or supervisory responsibility.

 

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resource management, public administration, business administration or a related field..
