IAE Spares Quality Analyst

The IAE Spares organization is seeking a Spares Quality Analysis who will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of IAE Spares customer shipping discrepancies and proactively working with IAE Quality and IAE Party Companies to significantly reduce these customer issues.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analysis of customer shipping discrepancies and the corresponding resolution.
- Communication with IAE Spare Parts Customers
- Work with Spares Account Reps, Distribution Centers and Party Companies to understand and expedite the resolution of shipping discrepancies.
- Pursuit of proactive identification and resolution of systemic problem to eliminate future customer shipping discrepancies.
- Oversight of the Shipping Discrepancy Resolution process.
- Researching equivalent, superseded part numbers
- Maintain/Post Monthly Metrics
- Create/Maintain Standard Work
- Provide AOG support in conjunction with the IAE AOG desk on a rotational basis
- Allocation of line maintenance part sales orders to IAE Distribution Centers for immediate shipment to customer
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager, Distribution Center & Tooling



BA/BS in business related field with 4-5 years experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MS Access
- Ability to work independently and adhere to standard work methods
- Solid working knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge and daily application of ACE principles. Especially RRCA/DIVE
- Experience with managing quality escapes from bounding populations to driving root cause and corrective action.
- Candidate is expected to demonstrate a high level of customer focus, adaptability, analytical thinking, focus on results, listening and teamwork.
