Job Category: Security/Protective Services Job Requisition Number: Q10929 Coordinate with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM), Facility Security Office (FSO), and professional staff on systems security compliance. Responsible for maintaining System Security Accreditation Agreements (SSAAs) and Systems Security Plans (SSPs). Coordinate with government representatives on information system issues and regulations. He/she will conduct periodic reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Enforce established security procedures in accordance with DCID 6/3 and NISPOM Chapter 8. Ensure implementation of security features for the detection of malicious code, viruses, and intruders (hackers), as appropriate. Ensure systems are operated, maintained and disposed of in accordance with applicable governing policies and procedures. Assist in performing IS system security briefings to authorized individuals prior to those users gaining access to classified information systems. Report all security violations; maya be required to investigate and document violations as well as implement immediate corrective or remedial measures to prevent such incidents. Oversee COMSEC account with seed key to include rekeying, inventories, inspections, etc). Willingness to as a an alternate FSO when needed. Must Have the Following: US citizenship Hardware: PCs, HUBs, routers, Access Switches, encryption devices (KG-75 & KG-175). Software: MS Suite, Access Commander. Educational: 8+ Years with HS or 5+ Years with AA or 2+ Years with BS or 0+ Years with MS. Functional: Working knowledge of DCIDs/ICDs, NISPOM, M-1, Customer Service skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills.
