IT Specialist

Job Description: Full-time position centrally located in the document conversion office to assist in all phases of document conversion to include database support, network support and physical relocation of material. Build job work orders by developing code using Visual Basic language. Provide computer support to convert files into various electronic formats. Assist users who have issues with their software/hardware and to place trouble tickets when not able to provide solution. Required Skills: Computer/network certifications in basic COTS applications. Team player with ability to work with little to no supervision. Must have active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph. Desired Skills: Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions. Ability to work with all levels of employees. Intrest in writing code in Visual Basic. Required Education: High School Diploma required. Desire Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences.
