Description:In this key position, you will conduct analytical studies of domestic and/or allied military, commercial, or civil operations, which may lead to recommendations to improve operational effectiveness in the client organization. This involves:* Analyzing, assimilating, and evaluating information relating to a defined geographic or functional area of responsibility.* Identifying and analyzing extremely complex and/or highly sensitive systems and instrumentation, methods, procedures, and processes.* Using judgment in determining methods of attack and defense, techniques to be used, and the manner of presentation of results in all phases of analysis.* Developing and/or preparing briefings, analyses, summaries or after-action reports which may include narrative, tabular or graphic materials.* Maintaining and/or monitoring an integrated database tracking system for controlled correspondence to ensure expedient review, processing, editing, duplication, issuance, cancellation, and/or distribution.* Participating as a subject matter expert in on-going workshops, war games and experiments to identify and assess potential war fighting concepts and prototypes.* Serving as a functional or technical expert in our nations Defense requirements review process.Specifically, Individual will be the lead contractor responsible for the overall coordination of Information Operations (IO) and Cyberspace Operations (CO) Concept Development and Experimentation. Candidate must:* Identify, streamline, and execute program solution sets involving IO and CO* Possess experience with and continue development of an integrative analysis, planning, and assessment capability for information operations* Respond to the direction of military and civilian program managers* Assist the program chief in conceptualizing, documenting and implementing future initiatives* Coordinate and execute staff actions supporting the development of program initiatives* Integrate and implement strategic actions to address military challenges of IO and CO* Possess a TS/SCI clearance.Specific experience and familiarity with IO and CO is required.TSSCIQualifications:A minimum of 9 years directly related experience with Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional work experience is required.
