Infrastructure Assessment Team Leader

We specialize in innovative engineering solutions, facility design and protection, hardware design and development, facility assessments and a variety of other products and services. Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support ongoing national security infrastructure assessment efforts both CONUS and OCONUS. These positions require a Multi-Disciplined Engineer to act as the Team Chief and technical integrator to lead an assessment team in discussions and integration/interdependency analyses. The team leader briefs the critical location’s/leadership and staff on arrival and at the completion of the assessment summarizing the major findings. He also coordinates all aspects of management/oversight of assigned personnel and performs key supervisory staff functions ensuring team members are fully trained, equipped and supported. A specialized knowledge in one or more of the following: Security operations, terrorist operations, structural plans analysis and mitigation, operations readiness involving contingency planning, emergency response, and WMD planning is a strong plus. Requirements: Successful candidates will possess a BS degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. A minimum of eight years relevant experience is required. Additional qualifications/certifications, a technical Masters Degree and a Professional Engineer accreditation are a strong plus. Applicant must possess an existing Secret Security Clearance and be able to receive a U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance. This position requires some travel.
