Inside Sales We are looking to add another Inside Sales / Customer Service Rep to our site in North Haven, CT.Responsibilities for this position include: Enter sales orders and quotes Interpret customer requests, monitor performance and delivery Negotiate pricing and discounts Evaluate customer performance requirements, delivery schedules Review estimates of materials and labor costs Resolve customer complaints Coordinate with customers (quoting, sales updates) and internal discipline (manufacturing, engineering, quality, shipping, purchasing, and planning)Requirements: College degree in either a 2 or 4 year business related discipline Minimum two years experience in customer service Intermediate computer skills Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills Attention to detailWe offer an excellent benefits package including 401k (company matches some), quarterly bonus, medical, dental, vision, and much more!EEO
