Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Title:  Inside Sales Coordinator Group or Division:  Sales and Marketing Reports to:  Vice President General Description: Dynamic Defense Holdings (DDH) is a high-tech, entrepreneurial company focused on developing and manufacturing solutions for defense and security that include transparent armor, body armor and a portable armored wall.  DDH is also developing optical solutions for harsh environment applications and advanced energetic materials for a variety of uses.  Our patented technology is based on material science.  DDM is fast-paced and rapidly growing within a culture of “Quality is Teamwork”.  We seek a highly experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to lead us into the next level of performance as we complete the transition from Development to Sales and Manufacturing for base level technologies and further grow the company through new material science innovations. As the Inside Sales Coordinator we will rely on you as an experienced professional to lead us in implementing effective and efficient tools for creating, tracking, and reporting Sales and Administrative information necessary to support the growth and operation of the business.  Beginning with setting up and managing executive level meetings targeted toward specific product growth markets, you must be able to track these and other opportunities through to sales and product deliveries.  As a successful Inside Sales Coordinator you must possess an understanding of business, customer relations, and human relations. Nature of Work (specific examples, not intended as a complete list): Proposal Preparation:• Produce sales proposals in a timely manner • Create proposal document templates • Collate & manage proposal document input • Proofread, format, edit, and enhance document text • Create and edit pictures, tables, and graphics Sales Management Support/Responsibilities:• Initiate and manage executive level meetings • Maintain Sales contact database • Research and identify opportunities to publicize the work of the Company • Build and maintain a proposal library and database to permit analysis of pricing, win-loss rates, and success factors • Monitor sales pipeline reports in order to anticipate upcoming proposal, sales support, and resource allocation needs • Participate in the establishment of sales and marketing short- and long-range objectives, develop master plan(s) and milestones for tracking, and monitor adherence to master plan and schedules • Create PowerPoint presentations for prospect meetings • Create and send quotes to customers• Order entry • Work with Sales leaders and rep organizations to develop new business • General administrative responsibilities • Work with Manufacturing to maintain delivery schedules Qualifications/Requirements:• Experience using MAS200/MAS500 • College degree in business or related • Must have experience managing trade show related activities • Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a customer service related role • Must be able and competent to interface with all levels of management • Polished skills in the Microsoft suite, ie Word, Excel, Power Point • Is profoundly passionate about doing their job and creating success • Has a positive and energetic attitude towards every day activities • Must have excellent communication skills • Ability to access work email from home • Must be a “team player” • Good verbal and written skills • Can plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results • Proven skills in directing the activities of multiple functions • Must have excellent people skills in order to interact with customers
