Integrated Product Leader IPTL

LOCATION: EL SEGUNDO, CA 90245 Job description: Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL) is responsible for all aspects of the project including proposal preparation, specification/interface definition, Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMP / IMS), technical oversight, cost/schedule performance, conformance to ITAR (US International Traffic in Arms Regulations), and customer interface. IPTL will also supervise the day-to-day activities of a diverse team on development and support projects; interfaces with a variety of functional, technical, and programmatic teams to determine impacts, work-arounds, and appropriate change vehicles for implementation. Required Skills: -10+ years working experience directly related to Engineering Management. -Experience with MS Office and Project applications -Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication ability -Excellent oral and written communications skills -Strong focus on teamwork and interpersonal skills -Knowledgeable of proposal preparation and contract definitization processes -Knowledge of cost account management and WBS elements -Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems -Good people and customer interface skills -Ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines -Ability to influence development of project objectives and goals -Must have an Existing Secret security clearance. Desired skills: -At least 5 years direct work experience in electrical engineering design, integration and test. -Knowledgeable of Raytheon's IPDS (Integrated Product Development System) processes as they relate to business capture, program start-up and execution. -Knowledge of Raytheon’s Earned Value Management Systems Required Education (including Major): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
