Intelligence Collection Manager (Scientific and Technical)

Individual will plan and carry out detailed all-source collection planning that will require the development and implementation of collection strategies to ensure scientific & technical intelligence shortfalls are resolved.  Individual will develop collection strategies based on a mix of resources; levey  SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT and MASINT requirements in order to meet specific shortfalls; track requirements through the process of validation, collection tasking, and evaluation; maintain and use databases that support all-source collection tasking and management, and evaluate new requirements. The individual will interface with analysts, and other organizations within the scientific and technical intelligence community. 

Requirements:A current SSBI Collection Management Experience 5 or more years intelligence community experience (desired) Background or interest in Scientific / technical intelligence (desired) U.S. Navy experience (desired) College Degree w/excellent written and oral communications and briefing skills (desired)
