Interim Corporate Recruiter

Continuiti National Interim HR Staffing, in partnership with a leading defense company, is looking to hire a contract recruiter for 3 months to sit on site in their Cincinnati location.

The recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle process, including sourcing, posting, scheduling, interviewing and closing candidates. Will work directly with hiring managers to establish needs and determine a hiring strategy, as well as guide managers through process as a staffing expert. Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Must have experience with job boards and applicant tracking systems. Will target passive candidates through creative sourcing methodologies for positions at the Director and above level.

3-5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience at the Executive level; Corporate experience a plus.

40 hours on site; 5 days per week. No OT.
