Job Functions/Work Summary
Responsible for inventory and maintenance of all Marketing department
properties including trade show displays, electronics, collateral,
furniture, and other supplies. Ideal candidate is
extremely organized and detail-oriented who is willing and able to be
very hands-on with tasks - an on-the-spot problem solver who is not
afraid to get dirty and not afraid to work on a
project until completed. Demonstrates excellent initiative, project
management skills, organization, superior attention to detail, excels in
a team environment, and has the ability to
successfully juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing
environment. Past inventory experience a big plus. Must be proficient
in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,
Outlook), be able to travel several times per year, and be comfortable
working with all types of people ranging from Senior Level Managements
to Entry Level employees.
Main responsibilities include -
+ Manage, maintain, and track all Marketing material inventories
+ Pack and coordinate shipping and receiving of event materials
+ Participate in maintenance of aircraft mockups
+ Ensure Eclipse materials and trade show/air show presence exude
professionalism and meet Eclipse#s high standard
+ Support setup and teardown on-site at assorted trade shows
