Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education):Candidate must possess a High School diploma or GED, plus two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a related field. Some college classes in Accounting or Business Administration preferred. US Citizenship required. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Skills Needed:Candidate must have knowledge of inventory process, and auditing processes, and previous inventory handling experience preferred. Fork lift certification required, HazMat certification a plus. Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed function of the property system is required. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Deltek, and the internet, along with knowledge of production/manufacturing paperwork and procedures is required. Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external representatives at a higher level. Must have a good understanding of requisitions and shipping orders. Good communication/organizational skills are required. Experience performing internal audits required.Duties Specific to the Position:Ensures inventory accuracy of 100%. Assists in audits of inventory to compare hardware to records in database. Inventory reconciliation skills are necessary.
