Chenega Technology Services Corporation Job Description Company Job Title: I Iventory Warehouseman Chenega Job Title: Warehouseman, Inventory Location: Albuquerque, NM CUSTOMS Reports To: Maintenance Manager FLSA Status: Non Exempt, Full Time Prepared Date: 04/15/2008 SummaryInventory/Warehouseman will provide support for shipping and receiving of electronic equipment parts and supplies, warehouse maintenance, upkeep and inventories. Perform a variety of duties including: shipping, receiving, stocking, storage, and inventory selection. Prepare and maintain various regular inventory and/or shipping reports for management, authorize and/or reject shipments and resolve discrepancies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position• Package, ship and receive equipment, parts and supplies.• Maintain inventory of warehouse packing and shipping supplies.• RMA backlog maintenance.• Data entry.• Track and complete status follow-up for overnight shipments.• Perform material inspection and log entries upon receipt, in accordance with acceptance procedures.• Upkeep warehouse.• Stock parts and supplies and perform inventories.• Initiate and prepare written equipment status reports.• Complete local courier assignments as needed.• Perform quality assurance of JCN information prior to shipping of repaired equipment.• Perform general heavy lifting and movement of equipment.• Operate forklift.• Adhere to Safety and Security processes and procedures.SupervisionNoneMinimum QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Education and/or Experience • High School Degree.• Experience working in a warehouse facility and with electronic equipment.• Combination of education and experience may be substituted.Computer Skills• Microsoft Excel and Word at intermediate level.• iMaint and/or Maximo knowledge a plus.
