Job Description: Raytheon is seeking a database and IT professional to provide technical support for the Systems Integration and Test teams. Candidate will provide technical support for the database architecture, development and administration of a large database with mission-critical applications. A high level understanding of database concepts and configuration management is required. You will work closely with other groups such as System Engineers, Software Engineers, Performance Specialists and System Administrators. Candidate will need to have experience with the set up of client/server systems at a base location and multiple field locations. Candidate must be proficient with network infrastructure and the ability to implement a detailed plan and to connect to multiple sites for data collection and analysis. Ample opportunities to grow professionally and work with state-of-the-art database technologies will be provided as they are utilized by new programs/projects. Basic Qualifications: 6-8 years experience in technical design and analysis of client/server architecture, experience in SQL Server applications, Windows OS, Unix platforms, and or Hardware/Software configuration of networks Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
