We are currently looking for a Junior Enterprise Resource Planning Business Software Support for a growing Aerospace parts manufacturer in Paramount, California. The ideal candidate will assist with software enhancements and provide ERP support with help-desk related duties for our ERP software.  Our software is Plexus Systems which is completely integrated including all aspects of ERP for Supply Chain Manufacturers.  He or she must be familiar with Production and Inventory Management including MRP, MPS, Capacity Planning, Scheduling Finite and Infinite, Demand Planning, Orders, Quotes and Financial applications.  This position is a project management type of position working directly for the ERP Manager.  You will train others as needed, identify problems, assist client departments in identifying and designing opportunities for operational and software improvement.  You will write reports in SQL download and merge files for required ad hoc reports using access/excel.

Requirements:Knowledge with an integrated ERP Business Process software experience is required. PC proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point are required. Strong project management skills and able to multi-task. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills. Solid grasp of all business processes and methodologies of Supply Chain Good understanding of accounting principles. Facilitate business process improvement and integration of lean principles. Must be self-motivated. Troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Education:Minimum of an Associates Degree.

Plus:APICS Certification. SQL.
