Lead Engineer

Position is located in Stafford, VA.
Lead engineering effort to design, integrate, test, implement, and field an enterprise identity and access management capability.
Duties will include:
Lead team of Sys Engineers, COTS consultants, Sys Admins, C&A, and Support personnel
Work directly with Project Manager to ensure project remains on schedule
Risk mitigation
Lead COTS integration
Conduct site surveys
Active Directory troubleshooting
Authentication and authorization design support
Ensure documentation of procedures
Participation in all aspects of planning (design, integration, implementation, fielding)
Domestic travel required
Required Qualifications:
Secret Clearance

Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Computing field (Network/Identity Management/Computer Science) – Masters of Science desirable but not required

Leading an integration effort
Integrating Active Directory in a multi-Domain environment
Virtual Machine technology (VMware)
Enterprise Identity Management
Federation Gateways
Windows Server 2003
Industry standard Network Protocols

Windows Systems Administration at the enterprise level
Network Operations Center experience
Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE)
Microsoft ILM a big plus
