Lead Engineer-Software

Description:You will help direct a software team in the research, design and development of software systems, software applications and tools for new programs. Your responsibilities include:- Directing enhancements and modifications to existing software.- Supporting software architect/lead in developing technical solutions to complex problems while adhering to prescribed CMMI software processes.- Taking responsibility of the full software life cycle using standard methodologies such as Object Oriented Analysis and Design.The candidate should have knowledge of certain aspects of software engineering to include Software development Process, Requirements Analysis, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Programming, Integration and Testing.SecretQualifications:A Masters degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 6 years directly related experience or a Bachelors degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years directly related experience is also required.
