Lead Programmer/Developer

This position involves leading a small team of developers.Responsibilities include the design and development of web-based architecture and maintenance of dynamic web applications, initiating requirements development with the customer, creating and maintaining supporting documentation such as software design documents, training material, and users guides, and conducting product demonstrations. Additional support includes attending and setting up meetings as required, interfacing with the customer throughout the product life cycle process, supporting and providing input to peer reviews and team meetings, and providing weekly updates to the automation team project schedule. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal and team building skills.  U.S Citizenship is required due to accessibility to Export Controlled information.
