Lead Systems Analyst 0771

Job Category: IT/Software Development Job Requisition Number: Q11115 Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) system. Analyses performed at all levels of JTT development to include: concept, design, test, installation, operation and maintenance. Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or external product requirements into JTT version developments that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Provide technical oversight and guidance to JTT Program Management Office. Must be organized and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable working with remote users, facilitating requirements gathering and group meetings. Ablility to collaborate with both Planning & Operations and Deployment functions to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Must Have the Following: U.S. Citizen. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Outlook). 11+ Years with HS or 7+ Years with AA or 5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhD.
