Job Description: In the position of Total Asset Visibility (TAV) Analyst for the RAID Program you will: -Ensure that the RAID website provides users with timely and accurate information on the location, movement, status, and identity of RAID Configured fielded system personnel, equipment, materiel, and supplies in Iraq and Afghanistan. -Monitor RAID Systems statuses, inventories, and situational awareness of overall RAID Program in theater. -Interface with the Field Service Representatives and Logisticians in Iraq and Afghanistan to validate all information pertinent to their designated systems contained on the RAID website. This includes system status, open issues, parts requirements, parts tracking, parts availability, limited life parts, and consumables availability, e.g., helium, nitrogen, filters, etc. -Provide analysis of available website data to determine factors affecting RAID Operational Availability (Ao). -Perform as a RAID trainer and provide technical assistance or be a conduit to resolve technical issues when required. -Backfill CONUS trainers if required. Required Skills: -Experience determining proper tools and test equipment selection -Experience establishing calibration requirements for fielded systems/equipment including maintenance tasks -Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. -Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. -A minimum of 2 years directly related experience. -Ability to perform maintenance and maintainability demonstrations for customers -Ability to conduct training sessions on RAID equipment Desired Skills: -Experience with FedLog -Knowledgeable in operations and maintenance of the RAID/Eagle Eye systems. -Knowledgeable of the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process -Proficient in developing RAID Fielding Plans and associated briefings. -Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with subordinates, peers, and leaders at all levels of management - High-energy, enthusiastic, and dependable individual who excels in challenging and competitive environments -Travel to Iraq and Afghanistan when necessary for 30-60 days Required Education: Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Logistics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. An additional 8 years of experience may substitute for a degree.
