Job Functions/Work Summary
Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance, maintenance planning and
scheduling experience required. Advanced maintenance planning software
knowledge and experience required. A&P
preferred. Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain
effective working relationships with both internal and external
customers. Customer Service skills necessary to modify
communication, tone, and presentation to defuse crisis situations with
internal/external customers and vendors. Able to monitor schedules,
develop and plan for all work packages and
ensures notification is given to proper departments. The Maintenance
Planner plans and implements steps to maximize efficiencies and insure
customer satisfaction, develops and maintains
maintenance processes by task identification, sequencing, and applying
standards and continually identifies opportunities for efficiencies to
support maintenance activities
