Location: Frankfurt, temporary worldwide assignments We, a management consulting division of Lufthansa Systems, are looking for qualified and motivated Management Consultants to advise executives at the Lufthansa Group and leading airlines worldwide. You would advise Senior Executives of all types of airlines and help answer strategic and operational questions. Your prospects:  Give your career as a Management Consultant a new direction and step into the dynamic and challanging airline industry!   Your areas of responsibility:   Development of solutions for strategic and operational questions in all business areas of our clients Development of approaches for process improvement and value generation Definition of processes, their control and the support of IT Formulation and preparation of conceptual alternatives and their economic evaluation Development of action plans and roadmaps for the implementation of the recommendations Specification of control and governance mechanisms to measure the results of the recommendations Independent execution of worldwide assignments   Your profile:   University degree with distinction in economics or industrial engineering At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a managerial and/or advisory capacity Excellent knowledge of the airline industry: a sound understanding of the essential processes, the specific planning and control systems of passenger airlines, other business segments of an airline company as well as the underlying airline IT systems Extensive know-how in the areas of project, process and crisis management Practical experience in conducting economic analyses High level of perception as well as excellent analytical and conceptual abilities Entrepreneurial spirit and can act independently Confident manner, strong persuasive powers and assertiveness Willingness and ability to work in dynamic teams on global assignments Business fluency in English and German and good command of at least one further language   Lufthansa Systems is one of the leading IT service providers for the airline and aviation industries worldwide.
