Manager I - Financial Analysis - Homeland Security

Job Description: RTSC is seeking an individual who is highly skilled in finance to be the Business Manager within the Homeland Security Business Area. The ideal candidate will be a proven multi-tasker with exceptional communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities will include: -EVMS, -Budget Development, -Cost and Schedule Control and Analysis, -Preparation of customer deliverables, financial forecasting, -EAC preparation, -Proposal preparation and negotiation support, -Ad-hoc analysis as required. Required Skills: - At least 6 years of related work experience -Excellent Financial and Analytical skills -Overall solid business knowledge -Excellent written and oral communications skills -Ability to successfully lead teams towards results and be an effective team player -Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management -Able to support routine financial reviews with management -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relations with internal and external customers -Demonstrates strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy -Demonstrated ability to think analytically and provide insights that drive business decisions and results -Capable of working within a highly matrixed organization requiring corporate and business unit teamwork -Knowledge of government contract accounting -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Knowledge of SAP functionality and ability to utilize the system to its fullest capabilities Required Education(including Major): Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
