We are currently seeking a Logistics Manager in the Dallas, TX area.This individual will be responsible for service and support of Southwest Airlines.

Responsibilities include:Managing the asset availability for Customers Executing of Maintenance Support Agreement Working across multiple functions to resolve any R&O issues Working with Customer Core Team to ensure proper level of support Conducting regular reviews with the customer in regards to contractual performance

Required Qualifications:BA or BS Degree (or ten years equivalent airline experience) 2-5 Years airline/aerospace or supply chain experience Strong Customer relationship skills Demonstrate diplomacy, communication, and presentation skills Track record of successfully working with cross functional teams to achieve program and customer goals

Preferred Qualifications:Customer Service and Sales Experience strongly preferredBias to action in resolving customer issues Previous experience handling asset logistics

 Position requires breadth of experience across multiple programs, products to determine appropriate customer requirements. Technical skill requirements span mechanical and electronics. Strong customer relationship skills required.
