Job Functions / Work Summary
10 years experience in Quality Assurance, 5 years of which were in a
Manufacturing Quality management or supervisory capacity. Part of this
experience will have been in areas related to
Material Review Board, Corrective Action Board, customer interface, and
project management.
Applicant will have extensive inspection experience in fabrication,
sub-assembly, assembly, and component manufacturing environments.
Experience using statistical inspection methods and producing usable
metrics.
Proven track record of progression and success. Training and/or
experience in team building and continuous improvement processes.
Effective communicator and must have experience with conflict
resolution.
The successful applicant will be a proven self starter who is capable of
thriving in a fast paced and ambiguous environment and act as the
primary Quality Point of Contact in developing and
implementing Quality processes and procedures in compliance to AS9100
and FAA requirements.
