CNC Mill Set-up Proof & Program

Looking for a seasoned and talented individual with CNC horizontal machining centers, candidate is able to set-up, proof out and develop new jobs for first run, working with programmer, cutting tools, fixturing, and entire process to develop a capable CNC machining operation that can be run at an operator level. Senior CNC Programmer - Development Specialist

Are you the perfect fit?  - We are looking for a proven fluid body programmer experienced with manifolds, actuators and valves, hogouts using the latest version of Mastercam that has the machining acumen to create a capable CNC process. A key understanding of CNC Horizontal machining is necessary including fixturing, cutting tool selection, speed & feeds, in all types of material.  We also use vericut, Optipath, and work from customer’s files such as Catia. Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Machining & Process development specialist

The ideal candidate possesses an extensive machining background, understand CNC machining, cutting tool application, fixturing and is an excellent problem solver.  You will be working with our teams and processes to continue the development and improvement of the key measurements.  Experience with cells and lean manufacturing is a plus.
