Manufacturing Supervisor

RBC- Industrial Tectonic Bearings in Rancho Dominguez, the world leader in the manufacturing of Aerospace Bearings is adding  to  its unique Production team. We are seeking a world class Manufacturing Supervisor for the 3rd shift. To be a top candidate for this position you should have the following abilities and qualifications, you should have at least 5-10 yrs of Manufacturing Management experience, a 4 yr degree understand and know princibles of Lean Mnaufacturing concepts and ISO Quality requirements. You must be able to manage, schedule, promote and discipline manufacturing employees, have the ability to use basic Microsoft Office software and Kronos software, communicate, and interface with various Engineering, Quality, and Management Personnel, Plan and Execute production plans and the continuous improvement initiatives be able to coach and train operators to improve the quality and efficiency of products and parts, know and comply with all safety requirements and ensure workforce adheres to the same. Must have the ability to lead people and have previous Manufacturing experience is required, aerospace experience is preferred.
