Our aim is to enable and promote: · A strong corporate culture · Good corporate citizenship · Positive relationships with the media · Effective global and crisis communications · Open communication within the company Primary Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with various departments within the company to execute the marketing function at Raytheon with strategic vision and tactical guidance resulting in a strengthened image in the marketplace as a customer-focused brand. · Work closely with the Vice President, Global Marketing Communications to translate broad concepts and business goals into structured marketing communications strategies and plans · Support the Vice President, Global Marketing Communications on all projects from exhibits to media to annual reports. · Help build strong collaborative relationships both across the organization and with business partners · Effectively maintain data capture and measurement systems · Contribute to the completion of marketing initiatives on time while remaining consistent with corporate strategy · Support Corporate Communications in all projects and activities · Implement processes to maximize efficiency · Leverage the Raytheon brand with consistent global identity and messaging, helping the company align with businesses to promote growth · Strong work ethic · Highly proactive · Strong communication skills · Excellent track record of working well across various departments in a large organization Qualifications: · Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience · 6 years’ experience working in marketing communications in a business-to-business environment · Demonstrated strategic ability and business sense · Ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as cross-functionally with other teams and departments. · Experience working in a large organization with multiple layers · Energetic and deadline oriented Raytheon is proud to offer a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
