Battelle is seeking an experienced Master Production Scheduler to support the Battelle Manufacturing Organization. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience. Relocation support is available. Position Responsibilities Long term and near term labor, material, and equipment capacity planning for the facility. Status is communicated monthly as part of the BRP (business requirements planning process) with the management team, as well as action items are captured and followed up to resolution. Capacity is summarized for the facility and understood for each production area. Development is required to insure that this information can be retrieved through Battelle's ERP Planning system. Capacity planning, recommendations and capital purchase tracking is required, back-up planning role is assumed. Provide leadership and tracking for all New Product Introductions for the facility. Assist with maintaining of work instructions for Materials, or serve as an internal auditor for the facility. Minimum Qualifications At least 5 years experience within a major manufacturing organization in Master Scheduling, Planning, or capacity Management. Excellent communication skills, analysis skills, and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft tools is required in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project Management. Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering. Preferred Qualifications - Masters Degree in Business or Engineering, APICS certification. - Experience with PeopleSoft Planning Module.
