Mechatronics Engineer

Seeking an engineer with experience in design,development, and testing of systems that combine mechanisms, electronics, andsoftware to perform complex tasks. Desired experience and skills include CAD-based mechanical design(SolidWorks preferred), programming and assembly of PLC automation systems(esp. Berkeley or Allen Bradley), and basic circuit design and testing.  The successful candidate will play anintegral role in transitioning a key fabrication process from the R&D stageinto a production capability, and will participate in the development ofmechatronic systems for space and defense applications.  B.S. or M.S. in ME, EE, Aerospace, orPhysics with 1+ years work experience.
