Assist in maintaining shop compliance to current regulatory requirements. Previous aviation experience desirable and/or mechanical experience. Working to improve and develop processes involving cycle time reduction. Process strong listening skills, self-starter, and is willing to accept ownership of multiple tasks within an established timeline. Must be able to work in a team, be flexible, and comfortable with change. Must be able to lift a minimum of forty (40) lbs unassisted.Have knowledge of reading Honeywell OEM technical documents (i.e. IRM's, CMM's, OHM's). The operator is required to use protective equipment, attend safety-training classes and maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Maintain appropriate inspections, paperwork and logbooks of units worked. Successful candidate will be self-motivated, flexible in meeting schedules and shop requirements and have a strong bias for action.
