Mgr I Financial Analysis

LOCATION: FORT WAYNE, IN 46801 Tactical Communication Systems (TCS) is a $500M business within Raytheon NCS. Role will lead the FP&A activities for all three TCS sites (Fort Wayne, St. Pete and Fullerton). The FP&A Manager will lead the following activities: Job Description: Tactical Communication Systems (TCS) is a $500M business within Raytheon NCS. The position will be responsible for FP&A activities across the three TCS sites (Fort Wayne, Fullerton & St. Pete)The FP&A Manager will lead the following activities: -Strategic Five Year Plan / Annual Operating Plan -Bookings, Sales, Profit and Cash Forecasting & Variance Analysis -Monthly Business Review and support the Monthly Operating Review -Review and analysis of program metrics and EVMS data -Monthly close reporting requirements such as Actionable Assets, Backlog, Balance Sheet, Capital, Investment ARs & CFRs, NBI, etc. -Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting -Supervise a FP&A Analyst & a FP&A Admin Required Skills: -Demonstrated financial modeling and analytic skills -Self-starter with good organizational skills who can work both independently and in a team environment -Demonstrated ability to think analytically and provide insights that drive business decisions and results -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple functions and geographical areas -At least 6 years of Program Controls knowledge/experience -Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills -Demonstrated attention to detail, quality and accuracy -Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Desired Skills: -Leadership skills and the ability to assist in the growth and development of employees. -SAP and Business Warehouse experience Required Education (including degree): -Bachelors degree in Business with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field Raytheon is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, or Vietnam era, or other eligible veteran status, or any other protected factor.
