Make your next move to Raytheon. Raytheon's Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) seeks an outstanding individual, to join one of our premier Finance Teams. Job Description: Finance Manager in charge of the Weapons Programs within GNS (GPS and Navigation Systems), a part of SAS (Space and Airborne Systems). Direct responsibility for four or more financial analysts who report on a variety of Weapons programs, primarily in support of Raytheon Missle Systems (RMS) in Tucson. Required Skills: Previous managerial or supervisory experience. Familiarity with preparing IOTs (Inter-organizational Transfers) and proposals a must. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of systems (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Working knowledge of SAP as well as financial programmatics including EAC development & Earned Value reporting. Desired Skills: Familiarity with MRP, Cost Analysis, Cost Accounting and Scheduling techniques is highly desirable, as is an understanding of basic financial forecasting techniques. Ability to work in a fast pace, dynamic environment a plus. Required Education(including Major): Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
