Contribute to our organization of world-class people, processes and partners as we provide solutions ensuring customer success through Collaborative Solutions, Integrated Logistics, Materials Acquisition, Product Management and Subcontract Management Manager II, Supply Chain, Subcontract Partnering Job Description: The Subcontract Manager will report to a National Theater and Security Programs (NTSP) Supply Chain Program Area Manager (PAM). Job functions include, but are not limited to, developing, managing, and writing Cost Plus and fixed price subcontracts, identifying and mitigating program risks as they pertain to subcontract activities; achieving program material budget objectives; negotiating, placement, and managing program subcontracts to meet program objectives; participating in R6Sigma projects; resolving Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) issues, participate and lead the development of Statement of Work's (SOW), follow ISC policies and procedures, support audits. Responsibilities Include: · Lead the development of a material program strategy covering the development of requirements through delivery of goods identified in the SOW to ensure that ISC supports the Program cost, technical, and schedule objectives · Initiate Requests for Proposals (RFP) and receive the same, analyzing proposed pricing from potential suppliers · Generate, develop and manage performance of subcontract orders and ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements as well as Raytheon Company and IDS policies and procedures and import/export regulations · Forecast and manage subcontract financials to meet sales objectives, review and approve supplier payments as needed · In conjunction with the Quality organization, evaluate and monitor subcontractor quality and reliability, as well as subcontractor coordinate the deliverables acceptance process · Deploy Earned Value Management and Risk Management tools to evaluate subcontract performance to plan, assess variances and implement corrective actions, if required.
