Make your next move to Raytheon. Raytheon's Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) seeks an outstanding individual, to join one of our premier Finance Teams. Job Description: Partner with the Program Director for the GPS & Navigational Systems (GNS) product line to effectively manage the financial aspects of the GNS programs. Lead the GNS programs financial team to establish a strong partnership with the program managers and IPTs. Responsibilities include the following: - Oversight of program planning and cost analysis - Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) baseline generation, maintenance, variance analysis, and customer reporting. Implementing weekly earned value when required. - Ensuring that Estimates at Completion are robust, accurate, and occur on schedule. Provide proactive analysis to identify opportunities for increased operational efficiencies. - Proposal development for external and internal customers, as well as negotiations and audit support. - Generation of monthly financial forecasts for bookings, sales, op profit, and cash. Provide variance analysis to plan and forecast as required. Identify problems early and develop corrective action when needed. Also includes the development of the Five Year Financial Forecast and Annual Operating Plan. - Must be able to interpret and ensure implementation of Raytheon Financial Policies and Procedures to program personnel. Also responsible for ensuring that the GNS programs are in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements. - Management of overhead expenses and ERR manpower projections. - Coach, train, and develop the programs financial team. Basic Qualifications: - Experience as a Finance lead for a major program or product line with experience interfacing across various functional disciplines. - Practical experience in providing financial and business support for contracts utilizing cost/schedule performance measurement systems (EVMS), program planning, cost analysis, Estimates at Completion, and financial planning activities. - Computer expertise in Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Desired Skills: - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of management, both orally and in written form. - Self-starter with good analytical and organizational skills. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related major.
