Serving our Latin America customers, this temporary position is essential to completing a customer transition project within the Military Aviation business unit. Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is required.

 

Essential Functions:Provide top notch customer service in a call center environmentDevelop effective solutions to customer problems ensuring that resolutions fit the customer needsAssess and research customer issues thoroughly and accuratelyCollaborate with various internal departments and resources to provide a premier, seamless service experienceMaintain accurate record keeping of customer information and orders in our proprietary databaseParticipate in continuous improvement activities within the customer service team

 

Education/Experience:

A High School diploma or GED is required as well as 4 years of work experience in customer facing position OR equivalent combination of education & experience. A working knowledge Oracle order entry and Lotus Notes is preferred. Military aviation experience is a plus!
