Mold maker / Tool maker - Investment Casting

FOUNDRY TOOL & MOLD SERVICE a tooling supplier for the investment casting industry located in the heart of the Valley of the Sun in beautiful Phoenix Arizona is currently seeking experienced individuals to fill immediate positions.

  Candidate Qualifications - A minimum of 5 years experience in either tool-making or mold-making fields.Proficient abilities using CAD/CAM software. (Any system).CNC set-up and programming skills.Own tools appropriate for the trade and skill level.

  Special salary considerations given to candidates with - Direct experience building investment casting molds and support tooling.Extensive experience cutting aluminum.10+ years experience.

  Equipment experience preferred - Engine lathe (manual).CNC lathe.Turret mill (manual).CNC mill / Machining center.Drill press.Band saw.EDM.Grinders.CMM and hand inspection equipment.

  Personal qualities expected - Ability to work well with others.Able to work without supervision.Self-starter, self-motivated.Friendly disposition.Non tobacco user preferred.No alcohol or drug use tolerated.

We employ a small group of highly experienced tool and mold makers. We typically machine to plus or minus .001”. No grinding to tenths is required.
