Responsibilities: This position requires the combination of good project & people management capabilities and technical hardware knowledge with opto-mechnical system design/engineering skills.   Provide primary technical and programmatic interface with the customer(s) Interface the project with the internal organization Train and coach junior engineers. Education/experience: a BS/MS degree in Engineering or Physics 4+ years of job experience in Opto-Mechanical System Engineering, Thermal & Stress Analysis, Finite-Element Analysis solid analytical and mathematical skills. 2+ years of experience in Project Management Strong skills in communication and people management Experience in distortion-“free” mounting of high-performance optical elements under high thermal loads MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
