DIV.ftb P,DIV.ftb UL,DIV.ftb OL{margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;font-family:Verdana,sans-serif;font-size:smaller;}POSITION: PROGRAM MANAGER - Electro-Optic Military SystemsRESPONSIBILITIES:* Provide centralized program planning, direction and control.* Plan, direct, and execute program to fulfill customer requirements and meet business objectives.* Define resources needed to complete program.* Maximize business sales and profits.* Develop and meet budget, schedule, and technical direction.* Act as primary interface between company and customer.* Work with upper management to develop new business ideas.* Assist marketing to develop new business.* Assist engineering to meet contract requirements and current customer demand, and assist engineering and R&D in new technology development to meet new customer demand.REQUIREMENTS:1. BS in Engineering is required; MBA a plus.2. Strong engineering and program management experience in the electro-optic military systems industry (as described below - see **).Strong program management experience with government contracts and programs is required; some business development experience with military customers is preferred; some engineering design experience with EO military systems is preferred; some experience designing EO systems for manufacturing is preferred.3.
