Job Description:

Cerritos, CA-based aerospace Metals exporter seeking smart and dedicated individual for full-time position. Must be a highly motivated individual with a professional and positive attitude.

Responsibilities include sales, customer service, purchasing, sourcing and expediting. We are willing to train. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned;3 years Metals Purchasing or SalesAggressively manage and pursue customer accounts Meet sales quotas Evaluate RFQs and conduct negotiations with overseas customers Meet daily RFQ deadlines Communicate daily with customers Develop terms and conditions in agreement with company requirements Identify and source a wide variety of Aviation chemicals/hazardous materials Process Sales Orders and Purchase Orders Negotiate best pricing with suppliers Perform follow-ups on Quotes Ensure on-time delivery to customers Ensure supplier performance on Purchase Orders Develop alternate sources of supply Understand and comply with Quality Control procedures Process Return of Quality rejections when material does not meet specifications and requirements Oversee shipping & receiving functions within the Dept.
