Some of these duties include: copying documents, binding and maintaining all supplies for the Copy Center/Reproduction Office. Generates requests for supplies and receive supplies upon delivery. Provides customers with estimates on requested jobs as well as briefs customers in filling out printing request forms. (Interprets printers process language). Log-in jobs as they are received and works with accounting on billing. Receives FEDEX/UPS packages from contract printers and notifies customer of completed job for pick-up. Provides complimentary service to walk-in customers for simple jobs such as drilling, stapling, GBC binding, cut-to-size, etc.Candidates for this position will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship required.Required SkillsThis position requires a High School diploma and one year of Microsoft Office experience.
