Payroll Coordinator

MTC Technologies is pleased to announce an opening for a Payroll Administrator in the Corporate office located in Dayton, OhioThe successful candidate will be reponsible for processing a bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for approximately 2,700 employees. Will assist the Payroll Manager in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns in multi-state locations. Responsible for tracking timesheet entries and corrections. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment. Must possess excellent computer skills specifically navigating Excel. Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Business minimum Associate Degree in Accounting and/or Business. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
